WHAT IS REIKI?
Reiki is a hands on form of energy healing which works with the chakras and energy system of the body. The Japanese word Reiki means ‘Universal Life Energy’ to enhance well-being, balance, wholeness and harmony on all levels.
HOW REIKI DOES IT WORK?
As the Reiki practitioners channels universal life energy through their hands it helps the body to heal itself, emotionally, physically & spiritually. It offers a very gentle and often relaxing treatment to promote a state of relaxation to enable the body to re-balance and heal itself on whatever level necessary at the time which in turn can re-balance the energy levels, strengthen the immune system and calm the mind.
REIKI LEVEL 1
As an ancient healing art, Reiki began in Japan. After completing Level 1 training you will learn how to self heal as well as give Reiki treatments to family, friends loved ones. Our courses provide in-depth training combining both practical and theory application, you will also receive 2 attunements to the Reiki energy enabling the connection for you to channel Reiki for yourself and others for the rest of your life.
WHO CAN LEARN REIKI?
We believe that everyone has the ability to channel Reiki and help themselves and those around them with it and have always succeeded in our training no matter what your experience or prior knowledge. Reiki is available to everyone regardless of age, religion or background and we have even successfully training children.
