Reiki treatments can help rebalance, assist in inducing deep calmness, relieving physical discomfort and increasing your ability to deal with lifes difficulties. Reiki is frequently reported to increase the quality of sleep and help boost energy levels.
This healing system works with your energy to bring balance to the emotional and physical body, and producing inner harmony. It is not a religion and works regardless of an individual’s faith.

All of our Reiki courses are taught in small groups with 2 x Reiki Masters to ensure full attention is given to each student.
Reiki Level 1 is primarily focused on self healing and treating friends and family. You will gain practical experience and learn how to give a Reiki treatment in a chair as well as on a massage table.
Reiki Level 2 is focused on deepening your practice, you will learn how to incorporate the symbols into a session as well as using them to enhance your life, how to give distant healing and how to become a practitioner.
